This privacy policy explains how Mobile Saunas, a trading name of Nuovo Luxury Ltd (registered in England, 10 Devonshire Row, London EC2M 4YU), collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the information you provide through this website. We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, your plan, budget range and timeframe (where provided), and any message you send. For analytics and attribution we may also record the page you enquired from, a timestamp, and any campaign parameters (UTM tags or a Google click identifier) present in the link you arrived through.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote
• To contact you about your potential or ongoing build
• To understand which marketing brings in genuine enquiries

We use your data only to deal with your enquiry and our relationship with you. We do not sell your data, and we will not send you marketing unrelated to your enquiry without your consent. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.

Who we share it with

We use Resend (resend.com) as our email delivery processor to send and receive enquiry emails on our behalf. We may use Google Analytics to understand site usage. These providers process data under our instructions and their own privacy terms. We do not otherwise share your data except where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.
